Rondo is a cheater but gets a free pass from the Boston media

During the Miami Heat vs Boston Celtics game yesterday Rajon Rondo creeps up to the Miami Heat huddle during a stoppage of play.

Of course the Boston Globe, local television outlets and Celtics fans sold this as Rondo being ‘creative’ and ‘strategic’.  Imagine if Kobe or Lebron were the ones trying to cheat?  The uproar around here would have been louder than a bunch of drunken Sox fans singing Sweet Caroline at Fenway.  Homer Fans.

  1. Dom says:

There was no official time out so Rondo had as much right to be over there as the entire Heat team and coaches. Get your facts straight.

  2. Matt says:

As Dom said there was not time out just a brief stoppage – perfectly legal for Rondo to be there

  3. Matt says:

you are a douche bag – there was no time out

  4. homerball says:

If Kobe did this you would not say the same thing. Typical Massachusetts homers.
